A FRIEND WAS IN A MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORE AND AN EMPLOYEE WAS STOCKING ITEMS ON A TOP SHELF WHICH FELL, CAUSING HER TO HAVE A CONCUSHION AND FRACTURED VERTIBRE'S.
