CO is just a prison gaurd i believe, except here you would work in Juvie, Lock and unlock the doors, escort people to and from the cafeteria. Depending where you are in the facility and your assignment. Search rooms for contraband, security detail, on call muscle to drag some kids into the rubber room. Hang out, keep an eye on the day room, deal with any fights or problems.
