Career Questions and Answers

SexyTrojan
Please, can you help me with a Thank You Letter to be sent via email?
Asked by SexyTrojan
Over the past few weeks, I have been interviewing with various companies to be an Engineering Manager. I was not impressed with any of the companies I interviewed with until today. They called me back for a second interview next week. The company just blew me away. I appreciate their mission statement, philosophy, hiring manager, ethics, and everything else about them. I interviewed with an HR Rep and the Engineering Director. The industry is Food and Beverage. I cannot seem to write an appropriate Thank You letter to express that I want to work for them, and we will be a great fit for each other. Any suggestions? What has successfully worked for you in the past? The person who did my phone screen and set up my second interview suggested a Thank You letter via email as opposed to postal mail. These answers (2 were reported for SPAM and removed) are horrible. Voters: work your magic!

First of all, one does NOT send TY notes via e-mail. They go via postal mail. You may type it into a word processing application and print it out, but you sign it with a pen. Here's the link to the samples: Google for "sample thank you letters" and choose one.
