i am dedicated for the suffering humanity.acoording to my capacity i conduct medical camps, distribute food and clothes for the poor people. can anybody suggest how i can become financial self sufficient so as to work more efficiently, i can spare 3 to 4 hours in a day . please help me in this matter,

Look for corporate sponsorship, donations or get involved w/another non-profit organizations and work for them. Perhaps establish your own non-profit organization... if you can spare 3-4 hours daily and are working why not volunteer!
