Why would someone like to transfer to a Manufacturing Supervisor position?

The is a question on a job interest form from my place of employment and want to know what most people would think an appropiate answer would be. Thanks

I assume you have the talent, education requirements, and are willing to put in extra time to meet the needs of the company.
