What would be a good amount of money to pay my cousin for cleaning my apartment?

My cousin wants a job really bad, but hasn't been able to find one. She will be 17 next month. She said she would consider doing anything from telemarketing,to fast food to cleaning houses. I am supposed tp start working from home soon. I was thinking of hiring her to come and clean my 2 bedroom apartment every other weekday, and on the weekends,which would be a total of 5 days a week. She wouldn't have to clean only the 2 bedrooms, only the kitchen,bathroom, and living room. What would be a good daily pay to give her? I don't want to pay her per hour since it wouldn't take her that long to do the cleaning and then she wouldn't make that much. I was thinking maybe $20-25/day, which would be for maybe two hours work? I don't know.

25 dollars a day is a good amount to pay her until you see whether or not you like her work then since there are three different sections you should raise it to 30 a day

I would say look how good she does it and decide from there.
