Louis M
will a felony record over 10 years prevent me from obtaining a cdl driving position?
Asked by Louis M
I am 40 years old and want to change careers. I'm looking to receive training for my cdl. I live in Phoenix Az and there are a lot of driving positions that require a cdl.

Depends on several factors. First, what was the felony? 2nd, was it expunged from your record already? In many states, they go away after a set number of years. That doesn't mean someone can't find out about it, though. I suggest you call a CDL training firm in AZ and ask them.
