Where can I find the full description of duties of a construction superintendent?

Description Construction Superintendent an individual who has 8 plus years of construction knowledge, technical expertise and experience with large commercial/institutions project supervision. BS Engineering, related Construction Management degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should have excellent communication skills to inform, influence, resolve problems and build high performing teams to successfully deliver a multimillion dollar project on time and on budget. Superintendent must be able to seamlessly collaborate with the Project Manager and establish a positive rapport and trust with the Client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing budgets, schedules, purchasing/delivery, safety/quality control, field meetings subcontractors while leading, motivating, training and developing people in team environment. Assistant Superintendents will handle the daily interface with subcontractors, foremen, clerk of the works, and architectural team members and support the project superintendent. Responsibilities will include field layout, daily field reports, creation of schedules and updates, punch list issuance of field clarifications. extra work/back charge documentation, issuance of small purchase orders, field labor timekeeping/management,quality surveys, cost report reviews, and other duties as required. Candidates also need an awareness and knowledge of local community concerns, needs and sensitivity to political outcomes. Hope this helps.
